Izabel Goulart is a fashion model and actress from Brazil. She was born in 1984 in Sao Carlos, in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
She has four brothers and one sister and is of Portuguese and Italian descent.
In school, she had a tough time as she was mocked for her skinny figure and called names like "giraffe".
However, things turned around for her at the age of 14 when she was out shopping for groceries with her mum and a hairstylist suggested she should become a model.
Soon afterwards, Goulart moved to France to build a modelling career, before returning to Brazil aged 16.
She was then spotted by Ney Alves, the current director of Major Models Brazil.
During her first ever fashion show appearance, she experienced a wardrobe malfunction has her top fell open.
However, that didn't stop her from returning to the runway with dozens of A-list designers and getting on the cover of Marie Claire France and Vogue Brazil in 2005.
The same year, she appeared at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show for the first time before going on to earn a star on Hollywood's 'Walk of Fame' ahead of the 2007 show.
She has amassed a huge social media following online, with over 4 million Instagram followers.
