Here in the kitchen Indira Badia is making some VEGAN Burritos 🌿 and who wants one?😋
Vegan and Healthy isn’t boring when you are creative in the kitchen.
Ingredients for the special filling :
1 chopped Garlic, Handful of chopped Mushrooms, Handful of chopped Padrón pepper, Handful of chopped leek cooked on a pan with coconut oil.
Spices: 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika, 1 teaspoon Cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of Rosemary.
Once cooked she added Vegan Mince and A handful of fresh Spinach 🌿 and on top fresh Coriander and cheese when serving.
