Vegan Protein Pancakes
Who Else loves some good Vegan Protein Pancakes in the morning?🥞🌱
Made this delicious Pancakes using my favourite Protein from @vedgenutrition Vanilla flavour.
Using this Protein was definitely an amazing idea😍 The Pancakes came out soft, sweet and delicious
𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤
•250g of Plain flour
•4 Scoops of Vanilla Plant Protein @vedgenutrition
•15g of Baking Powder
•10 Bircarbonate of Soda
•3 Bananas
•200g of Lotus Biscoff Spread
•35ml Caramel flavour
•150g of light brown soft unrefined cane sugar or an option like coconut sugar
•800ml Coconut milk (if the mix is to thick, add 200ml more milk)
•350g of Coconut yogurt ( I used @coconutcollab 90% coconut)
*Blend everything and at the end add 100g of Dark chocolate Chips and start cooking them on the Pancake Pan until both sides are toasted😋
I used sliced Bananas, Peanut Butter and Biscoff spread for the feeling of my pancakes 🤤
